About Me

A little about myself...

I like to wear hats! If you have met me, you have probably seen me wearing a hat. (I'm going bald)

My passion and love for the creative industry has been ever growing since the age of 12 and first stumbling onto the scene of front-end development. Things have changed drastically since then but my love for the industry has never stopped growing. I am a very enthusiastic and forward thinking individual. I feel my passion to create practical, easy to use, but beautiful solutions has pushed me to exceed expectations and create an enjoyable user experience.

I'm currently employed full time by Adido, but am still taking on freelance projects. I have over 8 years commercial and freelance experience working for various companies, including digital agencies, record labels, fashion labels, music artists, venues and corporate clients.

My skills:

I find out your exact needs, and ask a lot of questions. My aim with this is to gain a full understanding of what you do and what it is you would like to achieve. I also spend time doing market & competitor research, user research & testing to gain exactly who your target is and the best way to approach them.
I develop a detailed plan based on the information gathered in the research stage and propose these to you. After agreeing on which way to move forward I will then quote you with a full project outline including budget, timeline and expectations.
I take everything from the previous stages and start with the brainstorming, investigating and ideas. These are presented to you in the form of wireframes and concepts. This is where you will start to see the structure of your project, positioning, typography, mood boards and creatives.
I use the ideas, wireframes, concepts and user / client based information from the creative stages and create the brand/website/digital piece. This is where all the magic starts to happen and where your project will start to take shape.
Usability is an ongoing process were I test elements of your site and make changes based on these in order to increase your conversion rate and the over all user experience. This is the most important part for growth and has always given succesful results in the long term.
